Our board of directors practice forms part of a very personal and confidential area in which we carry out a “bespoke” activity.

We have ample experience in the search for and selection of directors, an activity in which we have been participating for more than 23 years. Initially, this was conducted from top-level executive search firms in which we played an active role and then, for the last 19 years, from our own company, Rosón de Beas.

We have taken part in the selection of important positions for which we had highly valued and prestigious candidates.

Our reputation and positioning of so many years have earned us the necessary recognition to be able to approach the best candidates, with the utmost discretion and awareness. They respond to our call, in the knowledge that the information they provide is invulnerable and knowing and trusting that our proposals are always going to be of maximum interest.
